Can I really capture what you're thinking, what you're feeling?
Can I see beneath your floor?  Can I see above your ceiling?
Not right now, Of course I can't!  Not until we chat
In a seamless conversation that will dance through this and that:

Angelo:
"
Hey Simon! .. It was great to speak to you yesterday and I'm looking forward to the 12 verse poem for my girlfriend! You really made it easy for me to open up and express my feelings during our short interview .. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Many thanks."

Who's the poem for?  Is it you?  Perhaps a friend?
Someone you have loved from the beginning to the end?
A parent or a sibling?  Perhpas a son or daughter?
12 or 16 verses, or maybe something shorter?

Jessie:
"Hi Simon! I just wanted to say thank you so much for creating such a beautiful poem for me from Angelo, it really was amazing. It was surreal to read our story in such a special way, I couldn't help but cry! I've never received a more precious gift. Your work is fantastic and I will be recommending you to everyone I know!"

N:
"Dear Simon,

Thank you so much for this truly beautiful experience! I loved every minute of it and especially the outcome. As you suggested I read it a few times out loud and I was very moved, inspired and grateful for your ability to put my inner most thoughts, dreams and even doubts about the future into words and in such a little time of contact. I am truly in awe. I also had the pleasure of reading my mums poem and I absolutely love it and think it resonates so well with my parents relationship.

In regards to using my poetic portrait for your website... yes of course you may use it. I think it is already anonymous as no names/places in it so should be no problem.

Also thank you for sending me the link to your zero point field poem. I really enjoyed it and put a new perspective to my future... as much as its choice making one must also go and trust with fate and not resist - like 'a drop of water gives itself to gravity and peace'."

The length of a standard portrait varies from a minimum of 6 verses, to a maximum of 18 - very few portraits could go on for longer without getting boring.  It also depends on the amount of data we uncover in the interview and your budget.

The interview lasts about an hour and can be done over the phone, Skype or in person.  This consultation, further concept development (which I usually do alone) and the first 6 verses of the poem are £180.  After that its £20 for each additional verse.  So prices range from £180 upwards.

Some clients request studio quality audio as well, which is charged at 1/3 extra (so this varies depending on the length of the poem).

Finally there is artwork, printing and framing for clients who want all bells and whistles so they can present a hard copy of the poem to the recipient as a gift.  Artwork and printing go from £75 for a generic background, up to £150 for bespoke design which requires consultation, artwork meetings and design stage approval by you (anonymous example attached).   Framing ranges from £50 up to whatever you can imagine, depending on what sort of frame you want.
