Feet

Yesterday I saw some feet while sitting on a train.
But these feet posed some questions - if you'll let me I'll explain.
These feet were on the seat; a thing that feet should never do,
But as the feet were naked, should this rule still carry true?

Answers on a postcard or in the comments section below:

Is it more acceptable or less acceptable to put one's naked
feet on the seat opposite when on a train, assuming there
are no passengers standing.

Tirade to a Black Boot

The feet were happy resting on the confort of the chair.
They didn't look behind them; didn't know the boot was there.
The boot snuck up with slinky skulks, approaching very slow;
But then the destination came and all three had to go.
